1. The free class

The class on this website is free to attend. There is no fee, and therefore no refund is required or possible. You can also unsubscribe from our follow-up emails at any time using the link in the footer of any email we send.

2. Paid products and programmes

From time to time we offer paid products and programmes — for example, longer courses, written guides, or coaching offers. This Refund Policy sets out the terms on which you can ask for a refund on those.

3. The 14-day window

If you purchase any paid product from us and you are not satisfied with it, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase.

You do not need to give us a long explanation to qualify, but a short note explaining what did not work for you helps us improve the product, and we appreciate it.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Send an email to princewill@pdfprofit.co within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request.
  3. Include the email address you used to purchase, the name of the product, and the approximate date of purchase.
  4. Optionally, tell us what did not work for you.

We will reply to confirm receipt within two business days.

5. Processing

Once a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method you used. Depending on the payment processor (for example, Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, Selar, or Nestuge), the funds typically take between 7 and 14 business days to reach you. If your bank or card issuer takes longer than that, please contact them directly with the refund reference we provide.

6. Where refunds may not be available

In a small number of cases, a refund may not be possible. These include:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase. Outside the 14-day window, we are not able to issue a refund.
  • Products explicitly marked as non-refundable at the point of purchase. Where this applies, it will be stated clearly on the checkout page before you pay.
  • Live or one-time events that have already taken place by the time of the request.
  • Cases of clear abuse of the policy — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund patterns from the same person.

7. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us makes the situation more difficult and slower for everyone. We are responsive and we will do our best to resolve any reasonable concern.

8. Access after a refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the paid product is removed. You may not continue to use, share, or distribute any material from a refunded product.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in effect on the date you bought the product. We will keep older versions on file and can share them on request.
